Try out this quick and easy meal!  You can make the foil packets ahead of time and just toss them on the grill right before you are ready to eat!  Perfect for a busy weeknight dinner!  You could toss in some red potatoes to make it a complete meal packet and serve with a side salad!  How easy is that?!?  And it is YUMMO!  Try it out with your family and post your results down below!

Sausage Veggie Grill

Servings: 4
Prep Time: 10 Min.
Cook Time: 25 Min.

What you need:
1 lb. Italian sausage links, cut into 1/2 in. slices
1 med. zucchini, cut into 1 in. slices
1 med. yellow summer squash, cut into 1 in. slices
1 med. sweet red pepper, sliced
1 med. onion, cut into wedges
1 c. quartered fresh mushrooms
1/4 c. olive oil
1 Tbsp. EA. dried oregano and parsley flakes
1 tsp. EA. garlic salt and paprika

What to do:
1. In a large bowl, combine the first six ingredients. In a small bowl, combine the oil, oregano, parsley, garlic salt and paprika. Pour over sausage mixture; toss to coat. Divide between two pieces of heavy-duty foil (about 14 in. x 12 in.). Fold foil around sausage mixture and seal tightly.
2. Grill, covered, over medium heat for 25-30 min. or until meat is no longer pink and vegetables are tender. Open foil carefully to allow steam to escape.
